Rights and responsibilities

Together, we strive to educate society the value of personal freedom, free enterprise, property rights, limited government and sound money.

We believe in the freedom of expression - however, here on the facilities provided, regard yourself as being in polite society, therefore, treat everyone, especially those with whom we disagree, with respect. Let’s refrain from ad hominem attacks or generalizations about people based on their age, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability status, etc.

We treat debate not as a struggle of one against another, but mutual cooperation in a quest for truth.

We assume good intent on behalf of those with whom we debate, and those with whom we disagree. If we disagree, we do so kindly.

Participants are free to use the information received through the Forum, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.

Individual and enterprise rights

We believe that every person, and thus by implication every enterprise, has the right to:

• Be economically active in a minimally regulated free market economy, with free competition and where the means of production are in private hands
• Own property including the means of production, intellectual property and the means of exchange in any currency they choose
• Enter into contract, to associate, trade or to offer his or her labour at one’s own price

Individual and enterprise obligations

To society

Recognizing that progress is impossible without mankind exploiting rights to land and natural resources (e.g. the oceans, fresh water, air, land, minerals, ore bodies, fauna and flora), any enterprise owning such right has the responsibility to not cause irreparable harm to current and future generations.

Forum Staff's Role

In this forum, you are our esteemed guests. Forum Staff will assume the roles of hosts. It is our responsibility to protect, connect, and equalize all members of this Forum. As such, we are the sole enforcers of the community standards. Collectively, as a constituted forum to which all members (persons and enterprises) are subscribed, the Forum staff may:

• Establish new and adopt existing commercial and trading terms to be used in transactions and associations between members
• Operate a dispute resolution and arbitration court for disputes occurring between forum members
